At Señorita by Valerie, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Returns & Exchanges

Returns on any Clothing and/or Accessory items will only be accepted with such items having the original tags attached, in its original placement and in original packaging. Our packages are carefully inspected before being sent out, therefore, any items returned damaged or stained will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or store credits. A reshipping fee will be applied in such event. 

How it works-

To return an item, please read our Returns & Exchanges section before continuing. Once you have determined your item may be returned or exchanged, please fill out the form sent out with your order and mail the item and/or items back to us. PLEASE NOTE: SEÑORITA BY VALERIE DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS. Once the item or items have been received, you may choose between an exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are based on item availability. You will be emailed with the options available for you, please respond promptly as this may delay the timeframe for receiving your items as well as availability (colors, sizes, etc.) of such items. All exchanges will be shipped free of charged through our mailing carrier.

Return labels are not provided (Señorita by Valerie does not cover shipping costs for Returns or Exchanges) NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds, Store credits and Exchanges are not fulfilled until your returned items have been received and processed through our Returns Department. All eligible items must be returned or exchanged unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unused within 30 days of receiving your items.

 

Processing time for returns-

Please allow 24 - 72 business hours, excluding weekends to process your Return or Exchange. For questions, please call our store at (725) 800-8078.

Store Credit-

Please check your email containing your store credit details. Please make sure to check your junk mail before reaching out to us. PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will be given in the total amount of the return/exchange including tax, NOT TO INCLUDE shipping costs. Store credits never expire and can be used on our website at your earliest convenience. Store credits can be combined with any active sale or promotional codes. Sale and promotional codes may not be combined. 

Final Sale Items-

All items purchase using our SALE50 code are FINAL SALE. For hygiene reasons, the following items are always final sale: jewelry items (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc.), bralettes, hats, and bodysuits. Señorita by Valerie reserves the right to add to this list without notice as store items are changed or added. Señorita by Valerie reserves the right to alter or cancel any promo codes or sales at any time without notice. Orders that exceed our returns and exchange timeframe of 30 days are also final sale. A re-shipping fee will be applied to any orders received for return/exchange that are final sale.
